2 cups rice
1 lb bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Cut bacon into small pieces and fry, remove most of the fat. Add onion, celery and mushrooms. Continue frying until onions are transparent and celery is soft. Mix into rice. Season with salt and pepper. Put in a roaster and bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
