4 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 - 1/3 cup very soft margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together. Add remaining ingredients. Roll out, then cut with 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter. Add 1 tbsp blueberries and 1/2 tsp sugar. Pinch sides very well. Deep fry in oil at 325 F, until brown. Remove and enjoy hot or cold.
