In Deep baking dish spread
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Cottage cheese

Cook 1 lb. Hamburg, drain
Add
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Basil
1 sm Can tomato sauce
1/2 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
Spread the hamburg mixture over the cheeses
Mix
1 c. Milk
2/3 C Baking mix ( Jiffy or Bisquick)
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Pour over hamburger

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle more shredded mozzarella cheese over crust while still hot. Let pie set for about 10 minutes before cutting.
