1 lb of ground beef
Taco seasoning
4 oz Can of Green Chili Peppers
1/2 Onion
1/2 Red Pepper
1/2 Yellow Pepper
Medium Size soft Tortilla Shells
1 Jar of Chi Chi's Chili Con Queso
Bag of Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Beef and Drain. Add Taco Seasoning as directed. Add Green chili peppers. In Separate Pan cook red and yellow pepper and onion. Add to Main mixture and cook a short while. Remove from heat. Take tortilla shells and fill them with mixture, Shredded Cheese, roll and put in 13x9 pan. Take queso and pour over enchiladas. Cook in preheated oven 350 Degrees for about 30 min or until cheese is really bubbling. And tortillas are Warm.
