Salad:
1 bag spinach
6 strips bacon crushed
carrots
mushrooms
6 hard boiled eggs
6 green onions chopped
sliced or slivered almonds (can also use roasted kind for salads)
dried cranberries (one bag)
tomatoes

Dressing:
1 bottle Kens raspberry w/walnut vinegarete dressing
Bacon grease
sugar
balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Salad: mix ingredients together in salad bowl

Dressing: In small pan heat Ken's dressing with bacon grease, sugar and balsamic vinegar and heat until dissolved. Pour dressing on salad and mix well. Do not put dressing on until the last minute as it starts to wither at this point.

You don't have to use the raspberry dressing, you can substitute the old way like our parents and use bacon grease, vinegar and sugar. I use a taste test to determine amounts of bacon grease, sugar and vinegar.
