1 C creamed corn
2 eggs
6 T flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 salt
1 dash nutmeg
2 T butter or margarine

Directions:
Mix together everything but butter. Melt butter in fry pan on medium heat. Drop fritters by
heaping tablespoons. Turn when edges are dry. Drain on paper towels.
