2 16oz. pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
2 sticks margarine or butter - divided
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
2 rolls Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain liquid. Add one stick of margarine/butter and Velveeta to hot broccoli; stir to mix. Pour into buttered 9 X 13" baking dish. Crush the crackers, melt remaining stick of margarine/butter and pour over the crushed crackers. Spoon over broccoli mix. Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
