1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. pecans
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 14 oz. bag of caramels
1 1.3 c. water (or as called for in cake)
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 German Chocolate cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Make cake as directed. Pour 1/2 into 9x13 pan. Bake at 3590 for 15 minutes; let cool.
In bouble boiler add caramels, milk and butter. Stir constantly untill melted. Pour over cake (I use half put other half on top).
Sprinkle 1 c. pecans and 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Pour remaining batter on top bake for an additional 20 minutes.
