2 32 oz jars medium size Dill Pickles, drained
4 c Sugar
2 tbsp Hot Sauce
1/2 - 3/4 tps dried Crushed Red Pepper
6 cloves Garlic peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pickles into 1/4'' thick slices. Combine pickle slices, sugar, hot sauce and red peppers in a large bowl and stir well. Cover and let stand for 2 hours stirring occasionally. Spoon into 6 half pint jars, add 1 clove of garlic to each jar.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month. For best flavor wait 1 week before eating.
