2- 9-inch prepared pie plates with graham cracker crusts
6 cups sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups key lime juice
2 Tbsp. grated lime zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.

In a medium bowl, combine the condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix well and split between the two graham cracker crusts.

Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of the pies. Do not brown! Chill pies thoroughly before serving.
