2 cups white corn (1 bag frozen)
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream (not whipped)
1 egg, beaten
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook corn in lightly salted water for 3-5 minutes and drain. Undercook the corn.

Combine with all ingredients and bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes. A little brown on the edges top & bottom add to flavor!
