1 Keebler Cookie/Shortbread Crust
Peaches fresh or frozen to fill pie shell
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar (cut in half from original)
2 egg
2/3 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches in pie shell. In a bowl, melt butter in microwave. With beaters, blend in sugar, then egg, then vanilla, then flour. Pour mixture over peaches. Bake at 350º F for approx. I hour. Pie should be bubbling in the center- brown at edges.

Fresh peaches take less time cooking time - frozen more. For more cream make two pies at a time and double the cream ingredients so you get one and a half times the cream for each pie.
