Chicken tenderloins cut into bite sized pieces enough for two people
1 cup flour
1/3 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
1 egg beaten with a little milk
Pepper & salt to taste (not too much salt as parmesan can be salty)
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour into a plastic freezer bag, add the salt and pepper and the parmesan.
Put chicken pieces into the bowl of beaten egg mix and coat thoroughly. Remove chicken pieces allowing the excess to drip away and pop into the bag of flour. Give it a good shaking to cover completely. Cook over medium heat until nicely browned. Serve immediately.
