6-8 boneless pork chops
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 can chunk pineapple (13 oz.)
1/4 c. ketchup
1 T. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground oregano
1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet with a little oil. Remove to plate, using the same skillet with the drippings, add onion, green pepper and pineapple; brown slightly. Put the chops back in the skillet, cover with the pineapple and vegetable mixture. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over all. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
