1 1/3 cup ground almonds
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 T flour
4 T milk

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 and cover the pans with parchment paper.

Measure all ingredients and cook low, stir till melted. Keep warm.

Ladle 6 on a pan (about 1 to 1 1/2 tsp is half the small ladle) and bake 5 minutes till golden brown. Very important to allow them to get brown for flavor, without burning. Remove from oven and cool 1 minute on pan, just enough to roll around the handle of a wooden spoon. Set on rack to cool.
