1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 c finely grated Parmesan
2 whole eggs, mixed together
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, using your hands mix (do not squish) all ingredients together until well incorporated. Shape into meatball rounds. Either fry in pan with 1/4 c. olive oil and turn until all sides are browned OR bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Add to spaghetti sauce for the last 1/2 hour of sauce simmering (optional).
