2 20 oz. cans of pineapple chunks drained
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. pecan pcs.
1 stick of butter
1 sleeve Ritz or Townhouse creackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour together. Stir in pineapple and cheese. Pour in a baking dish.

Topping:
Crush the crackers and combine with melted butter and pecan pcs.Mix together and pour over pineapple mixture.
Bake uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
