1 pound ground beef, turkey or venison
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teas. salt
1/4 teas. black pepper
1 teas. chili powder
5 cups sliced zucchini
2 large tomatoes peeled and chopped or one can tomato juice
optional: 1 1/2 cups fresh whole kernel corn (3 medium ears)
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan saute beef, onions, garlic, and green peppers until meat is well browned. Add rest of the ingredients. If using tomatoe juice make it as juicy as you want it to be. Cover and simmer 10 - 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender.

Grandma Dimmick has never put the corn in but I have and like it .
