Ingredients:  
350 g. pkg. Arrowroot biscuits
200 g. pkg. Licorice Allsorts ( 1 1/3 cups)
Half a can of sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup margarine or butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips (milk chocolate)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush biscuits. Cut up licorice allsorts very small. Mix crushed biscuits & allsorts together.
Melt margarine & sweetened condensed milk together. Mix with dry ingredients.
Pat into a 9x13 cake pan. Leave in fridge to set.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Pour over base & leave until set.

Increase margarine to 1 cup & add an extra spoonful of condensed milk for less crumbly base.
