Ingredients:  
1 lb Fresh Shrimp cooked & peeled.
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
Dash Cayenne Pepper
3 tbsp Dry Sherry
3 Egg yolks, lightly beaten
1 c Half and Half

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan over low heat, heat cooked shrimp. Add salt, cayenne pepper, and sherry. Mix beaten egg yolks with half and half and add to shrimp. Cook, stirring constantly, until newberg is thickened and heated through, but don't bring to a boil. Serve over buttered toast points
