6 large potatoes
1 1/4 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c butter
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c hot milk
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c sour cream
Garnish: shredded cheese & chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes, pierce skins and bake at 425* for 60 min.
Cut potatoes and scoop out the white centers and mash.
Add salt & pepper, butter & cheese, beat well.
Add hot milk and beat until fluffy and cheese is melted.
Stir in green onions and sour cream.
Bake potato mix in a 11x7 baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese & green onions, bake for 15 min at 375*
