Pressure cooker method:
Place 2 c. water and ribs in pressure cooker. Cook on 2nd red ring for 18 minutes. Let pressure go down on its own.

Regular method:
Simmer ribs uncovered in a pot in water that almost covers them for 60 minutes.

Once ribs are cooked, which ever method you use:

Take ribs out of pressure cooker or pot and place in a baking dish. If you have multiple layers of ribs, place bbq sauce in between the layers. Caroline uses Sweet Baby Rays sauce. Optionally you can place sliced onions on top.

Put in a 325-350 oven for 30-45 minutes until sauce soaks in.

Personal Notes:
These ribs are melt in your mouth and because they get steamed in the pressure cooker, much of the fat is cooked off before it's eaten! Diet ribs--yeah, that's the ticket!
