Salad:
2 pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 pound cooked bacon, crumbled
Chopped green onions, to taste

Dressing:
2/3 C. sugar
2/3 C. oil
1/3 C. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard - optional

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine salad ingredients. Mix all dressing ingredients in a container you can shake, it's best to make a day ahead, shake occasionally. Pour dressing on salad just before serving.
