1 Xlarge black iron skillet baked
Buttermilk cornbread crumbled
6 baked biscuits crumbled
2 cups of pulled turkey or chicken
8 boiled eggs chopped
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon sage
2 to 3 cups of turkey broth or chicken.
1 stick of soften butter
Large 10x14 casserole baking dish
1 Xlarge mixing bowl

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

Mix all the dry ingredients

Add 2 cups of broth
Hand mix
Add additional broth until consistency of wet but not runny mixture
Place in well buttered baking dish.
Use all of the stick of butter.

Bake in preheated 400 oven for approximately 1 hour 15 min or until top is golden brown.

Ever holiday Mom's dressing is the main course. It's everyone's favorite.
One year she actually had use a bus tub from our restaurant to mix the ingredients in because how much she had to make! Good luck having any leftovers! You may want to double the recipe and get yourself a bus tub!
