1/4 lb meat per bread
Genoa Salami
Pepperoni
Mozzarella cheese
pizza dough

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Roll pizza dough to a large square using your moist hands
Layer the dough with Genoa salami, slicing pepperoni, and pieces of mozzarella cheese

Roll up from one end to the other making sure you enclose all edges or the grease runs out and smokes

Bake for 40 minutes or until the pizza dough sounds hollow when you "knock" on it

Slice and eat Warm

Some friends recently had a great suggestion. Instead of using the pizza dough, make individual salami breads using Pillsbury crescent rolls.
