7 lbs Pears
4 lbs Apples
2 boxes Raisins
1/2 c Vinegar
3 lbs Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Allspice & Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Run pears, apples and raisins through chopper. Combine all ingredients and cook 1 hour. Cool and store in airtight container in refrigerate until ready to use.

To make pie fill ready made deep dish pie crust. Top with 2nd pie crust. You can also soften 2nd pie crust and cut into strips and weave a lattice pattern for the top. Bake 350º until crust is golden brown and center is hot and bubbly.
