3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup chopped onion
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 jar of favorite pasta sauce (I use Mike's homemade spaghetti sauce)
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook corkscrew pasta in salted boiling water for 2 minutes less that package directions. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Cook in olive oil with onion and garlic until no longer pink (don't worry if not cooked all the way through. It will finish cooking on serving day). Stir in spaghetti sauce and chicken broth. Remove from heat. Stir in cooked pasta. Allow to cool. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.

I've made this with Ravioli's, tortellini and angel hair pasta. This is my son Greg's favorite recipe. I think I have even made it for Jacqui and she liked it also.
