Ingredients:  
1 box chicken rice and pasta mix (such as Rice-A-Roni, Farmhouse, etc)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
4 cups cooked, chopped chicken (works well with canned chicken)
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (or kick it up with pepper jack)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice and pasta mix according to box directions. Combine soup, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir together rice, soup mixture, chicken and cheese. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze. Serves 8

Serving Day:
Thaw. Place in greased baking dish. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350. Uncover and top with shredded jack cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
