1 1/2 lbs ground meat (your choice of pork, ground beef, turkey or combo of your choice)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4-1/3 cup onions (your preference)
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp parsley flakes (or Italian seasoning)
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix together. Shape mixture into balls trying to keep approx the same size for cooking and place on foil lined cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes. Meatballs will not be done but will finish cooking in recipe of your choice. Drain grease. Place cookie sheet in freezer for about 1 hour. Remove from freezer. Put meatballs in Freezer Ziploc bag until ready to use.

I love this recipe. Meatballs are great not only in spaghetti sauce, but you can serve over rice swedish meatball style, add BBQ sauce for potlucks, or however you want. I love just being able to pull out as many as I like and put the rest back in the freezer. I usually double or even triple recipe as these come in very handy in a pinch. I use a combo of sausage and ground beef. It is totally up to you.
