1 Chuck Roast
Season Salt
Onion soup mix
Garlic powder
Canola oil to brown roast in.
Can also add ketchup to the roast

Directions:
Directions:
Put enough oil in pan to brown the roast in. Sear both sides of the roast. Season the roast with the season salt, onion soup mix and garlic powder. Add water to the pan to almost cover the meat. Cover with the lid and cook about 30 minutes. Open the pan when the pressure is down. Add Potatoes and Carrots. Check that there is enough liquid in the pan, put the lid back on and cook about 10-15 more minutes or until the vegetables are done. Turn off the heat, and allow to rest until safe to remove lid.
Now to make gravy. Put about 1/2 cup flour in a jar or cup and add enough water to make the consistency of thick gravy. Take out the meat and vegetables and then whisk the four mixture to the liquid in the pan.
