1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 (15 oz) can Tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) stewed tomatoes (I like to use spicy stewed tomatoes)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
salt/pepper
1 (10 oz) ounce package frozen spinach - thawed
16 ounces COOKED bowtie pasta
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion & garlic. Put in a slow cooker. Add sauce, tomatoes & seasonings.

Cook for 6-7 hours on low.

Add remaining ingredients during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Mix well and turn crock pot to high. Save some of the mozzarella, add it to the top and let it melt.
