2 lbs. brussel sprouts
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut brussel sprouts in halves and put on a sprayed cookie sheet. Drizzle the sprouts generously with the oil and sprinkle fresh garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 400º for about 20 min.or until tender. Rotate after 10 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
