1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crumb crust

3 egg yolks

1 can condensed milk

½ c. lemon juice

1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks, stir in sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice.
Pour into prepared pastry shell, bake 30 minutes. Cool and chill. Spread with whipped topping.
