Ingredients:  
1/4 of 8 oz. cream cheese
1 2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. flavoring
Dash of salt
Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.
Gradually add powdered sugar until all is worked in to mixture.
Add flavoring and food coloring.
Knead mixture.
Roll into 1/2 tsp. balls and then roll in granulated sugar.
Press into mold.
Turn mold over and tap the mints out of the mold.
Let dry on one side.
Turn over and let dry on the other side.
