One Pot Taco Soup Recipe

1 to 2 lbs. Hamburger
1 medium yellow onion, diced
16 oz. can mild chili beans, undrained
16 oz. can red kidney beans, undrained
15 oz. can corn, undrained
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 cup water
2 - 14 oz. cans diced tomatoes, undrained
4 oz. can diced green chili peppers
1.25 oz. package taco seasoning
1.25 oz. package ranch dressing mix

Sour cream
Tortilla chips
Shredded cheddar cheese

Brown the ground beef and onions.
Drain fat.
Add all ingredients.
Simmer on low for up to 1 hour.

Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, if desired.
