4 TBS butter
1/2 cup finely diced onions
1/2 cup finely diced carrots
1/2 cup finely diced celery
3 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
1 cup (more or less) low sodium chicken broth
Splash of Half and Half (if desired)
1 to 2 cans Campbells Cream of Chicken
1 can Campbells Cream of Celery or Cream of Mushroom Soup
Pillsbury Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Broil chicken and shred. Melt butter in frying pan and cook onions, carrots, and celery. Add broth, soups, and Half and Half to desired (semi-thick) consistency. Add chicken to baking dish and pour soup mixture on top. Top with pie trust, slit the top to vent, and cook for 1/2 hour.
