3 lbs. pork roast
1 large sweet yellow onion, sliced in rings (optional)
1-1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dijon style mustard
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/4 teaspon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ketchup, sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, liquid smoke, pepper and garlic powder in a large bowl with a whisk to create BBQ sauce. Place meat in crockpot, top with onion slices and pour BBQ sauce mixture covering meat. Put lid on crock pot and don't be tempted to open during cooking! After 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high, remove meat and shred with forks, discarding the fat. Place shredded meat back in crockpot and stir with sauce and onions. Serve on sandwich buns.

Tips:
Double sauce mixutre, use half in crockpot save the other portion to serve with sandwiches or a baked beans side!
Works well with beef chuck roast.
For those morning tailgates, cook overnight.
