cup cocoa
teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup butter melted
cup boiling water
2 cups sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 & 1/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
teaspoon salt
1/3 cup each , chocolate, peanut butter, white chocolate chips (or 1 cups any type)

Frosting
6 Tablespoons butter softened
cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat all ingredients until smooth (additional milk may be needed)

Preheat oven to 3500. Grease 13 x 9 pan. In large bowl stir cocoa and baking soda. Blend in half butter. Add boiling water; stir until thickened. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining butter; mix until smooth. Add flour, vanilla and salt; stir in chips. Pour into pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool and frost.
