1 3/4 cups quick oats
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter softened
1 large egg
3/4 cup applesauce
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients. Mix Well. In a large bowl combine sugars, add butter, egg applesauce: Blend. Add flour mix, chocolate chips, raisins, blend. do not over mix drop by tablespoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. 375 degrees for 12-14 min.
