Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Adolf's Meat Tenderizer

Flour
Eggs
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk together in small shallow pan.
For the dredge there are two ways to do this.
You can mix all the seasonings in the flour or you can season the meat directly with the seasonings.
Once you have decided on how you want the meat seasoned, dip cubed steak in flour then in egg and then back in flour. Brown on both sides remove from pan and continue to brown remaining meat. Deglaze your pan with hot water to remove all the browned pieces in the bottom. Place all the cubed steaks back in pan.
Add water to cover at least the bottom layer of cubed steak. Cover and simmer until fork tender. 45 minutes to 1 hour. Checking to make sure liquids don't dry out.
Remove meat and thicken remaining liquids with corn starch slurry and Kitchen Bouquet to make gravy. (If you need to add a little more water to have enough liquids for gravy taste and adjust your salt).
