Ingredients:
frozen hash brown potatoes
green onions
box of Velveta cheese (large)
2 cans cream of Chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Using large pan, put in frozen hash brown, potatoes and onions. Add enough water to cover about 1 in. Cook slowly until potatoes are soft. (if you cook too long the potatoes will become mush) Pour off most of the water. Mix in the two cans of soup. Simmer. Cut up cheese and add to soup mixture. You may not want to add the entire box. Stir frequently until cheese has melted. If the soup is too thick add hot water to thin it. This recipe makes enough for several meals. Variations: You may change the type of can soup-- use cream of mushroom, broccoli or celery. Also, as leftovers, add ground beef. Its great
