1 unbaked 9 in pie shell
2 cup (16-17 oz can) canned pumpkin
1 1/3 cup ( 15 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp firmly packed brown sugar

In large mixing bowl, blend together all ingredients. Turn mixture into pie shell. Bake at 375
until sharp bladed knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to 55 min. Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour

If recipe doubles, makes 3 pie fillings for Pet Ritz frozen pie crust.
