3 c crushed cornflakes
1 c bisquik
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp season all
1/2 garlic salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c oil
1/2 butter crisco
2 pkg boneless, skinless, turkey breast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed cornflakes, bisquik and seasonings in large contained. Cut turkey breast in half then into 1/2" strips. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add turkey strips to beaten egg. Stir well, coating all the turkey strips. Remove turkey from egg mixture and coat well with cornflake mixture. Repeat. In a large skillet, heat oil and butter crisco. Fry both sides of turkey strips for a couple of minutes until done.
