4-6 Vidalia Onions
4-6 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup butter
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Remove top and outer skin of onion- keeping bottom intact. Remove a small inner core of each onion large enough to insert on bouillon cube in each. Pack with softened butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Cover and bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until tender.
