3 ripe bananas mashed
2 eggs
1 and 3/4 c self rising flour
1/2 to 3/4 c white sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4-1/2 c walnuts or pecan pieces

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. combine everything but flour. then add flour and combine well until all ingredients are incorporated. Grease a loaf pan or spray with pam. Put mixture in pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 min. Remove from oven and let cool for a minute or two and then turn out of pan onto a clean towel. Wrap in foil or plastic wrap to store. Be sure to eat some warm!
