9x9 Square Pan
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Beef Bouillon cube
3/4 Cup Boiling Water
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Pepper to taste
2 Tsp Flour
3 Large Potatoes - peeled & cooked
1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1/4 Cup Skim Milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F
Cook ground beef in a sauce pan or skillet until brown. Drain off fat and rinse with hot water.
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water then add to meat with salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Blend flour with 2 Tbsp cold water and stir into meat.
Simmer over low heat for several minutes.
Spread into 9x9 square pan
Mash potatoes then whip with butter and milk.
Arrange potatoes on top of meat by using a pastry bag with a star tip and piping them out, or spoon over top and spread evenly with a fork. Sprinkle cheese on top with paparika.
Bake for 15 min until hot and lightly browned.
