1 Lb Round Steak - cut into 6 equal pieces
1/4 Cup Sliced Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
1/4 Cup Diced Celery
1 Clove Garlic - minced
19oz (540 ml) Can Crushed Tomatoes
Pepper to taste
1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Drain off fat. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over the meat.
Cover the skillet and simmer over low heat until meat is tender - about 1 hr.
If the sauce is too thin, remove lid and turn up the heat, cook until sauce is reduced to desired consistency.
