3 lb roast
Whole onion sliced
3 large garlic cloves
1 /2 cup heavy cream
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

In cast iron dutch oven sear both sides of meat. Placed sliced onions, garlic and cup of water over roast. Bake 2-3 hrs removed meat. Stir in cream and pour over meat and serve.
