2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg to taste

TOPPING

1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 400F. for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix topping ingredients together and add topping to baked sweet potato. Bake at 300F. for 15 minutes.
