1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (room temoerature)
1 cup peanut butter (almost 18 oz jar)
1 cup confection's sugar or 1/2 cup sugar substitute
2 cups cool whip (no sugar added) small tub
2 T melted butter
1/2 t Watkins Peanut Butter Extract
1 t Watkins vanilla, optional
1 jar hot fudge topping, optional

Directions:

Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar together and mix well.

Fold in whipped dairy topping, melted butter, peanut butter and vanilla extracts. Pour into crust and chill.

Cover with hot fudge topping and chill again. Cut into 12 to 16 servings as it is very rich. If to rich, the hot chocolate topping can be mixed with additional one cup dairy topping and then spread over the top with a drizzle of chocolate for decoration. You can freeze this pie and just cut servings as you need them (or crave them).
